If you must reschedule or cancel appointments, please notify us 24 hours in advance. to avoid an automatic credit card charge of 50% of the price of the services reserved. Extensive and multiple salon/ aesthetic services may require a major credit card to secure appointments. For a ‘no show’ under reserved appointments, your credit card is automatically charged for the full value of services. Groups or parties must give at least thirty days notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
BRIDAL ON-LOCATION POLICY
A minimum of three people is required for On-Location services. Prices are based on venues located within a close proximity to each salon. When extended travel is required, additional charges may apply.
If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your technician will do his/her best to accommodate you. In order to ensure total relaxation and enhance treatment results, we encourage you to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your schedule time. CHILD SAFETY POLICY
Children are permitted in the salon. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of should accompany you while you are having a service unless they have your un-divided attention. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. Retail products may be exchanged with an original receipt within 14 days. We do not offer refunds or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise. Please ALWAYS consult your technician.

Enhancements gel or acrylic and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first five days, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are €18 each. Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.

• Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
• Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
• Anyone more than 15 minutes late for an appointment
